Bradley Cooper might star in ‘The Crow’

Los Angeles, April 13 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Splash Page has reported that Bradley Cooper is in talks to star in the remake of the movie The Crow.

According to the report, Bradley would be playing the role of the main character, Eric Draven. Brandon Lee died in the middle of making the original movie so the report says that the opportunity for Bradley to take up the challenge would help preserve the memory of Lee. Lee died in a freak accident during the filming of the original movie in 1993.

The report quoted a source who said Bradley is interested in having the role if it is offered to him. The source said the negotiation is in the early stages. The movie is the production of Relativity and would be directed by Juan Carlos Fresnadillo. The Hollywood Reporter said that Juan Carlos came on board of the movie’s production team last week and met with Bradley in Spain. The report said the two started talking about Bradley playing the lead role in the movie when they met in Spain.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, production of the movie is set to start in the fall this year. The movie’s producers are Edward R. Pressman, Belen Atienza, Jeff Most, Enrique Lopez Lavigne and Ryan Kavanaugh.
