Brad Pitt to sell off newsboy cap to aid Hurricane Katrina victimsDecember 12th, 2007 - 5:05 pm ICT by admin
Washington, Dec 12 (ANI): In a new move to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina, Brad Pitt has decided to sell off his cap.
The ‘newsboy’ cap had been worn during his recent trips to New Orleans, Louisiana and it is to go on sale to help raise funds for the victims.
Pitt has been wearing the grey cap for publicity interviews and photo opportunities in New Orleans, where he’s helping to rebuild homes for those left homeless.
And now the trendy caps are to be sold to benefit the actor’s Make It Right charity, Contactmusic reported.
Meanwhile, Pitt has revealed that he is not ashamed of using his star status to endorse his new charity project.
Pitt has appealed to the American public to donate towards the cause and said that he isn’t worried about using his high profile to raise more money for building 150 new homes in New Orleans for Katrina affected people. (ANI)
