Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie sue British paper over the split claims

London, Feb 9 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Angelina Jolie and her partner Brad Pitt, who were rocked by claims of a split, by a British newspaper have denied the whole episode, and are suing the British newspaper for the same. Brangelina have sued ‘The News of the World’ newspaper for their story in which the paper said that, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie had signed a divorce deal. The paper had also revealed other details about the divorce deal, in which they were splitting their assets, and getting the joint custody of their 6 children.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s lawyer Keith Schilling said that all the allegations “widely republished by mainstream news outlets are false and intrusive.” He also said that the paper had not agreed to their reasonable demands for an apology too, so now they had no option but to sue it.
The newspaper had claimed that the divorce lawyer for Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie was Sorrell Trope. And now Trope claims that he never met the couple at all. He said in a statement that, “I have had no contact from… Angelina Jolie and / or Brad Pitt. I have never met… your clients or had any involvement with either of them. The foregoing is true with respect to all other members of this firm.”
