Aruba, Aug 11 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The boyfriend of the Maryland woman who has gone missing in Aruba has expressed his fear of the worst. Richard Forester spoke to ABC’s “Good Morning America” about why he thinks Robyn Gardner is not safe.

According to Forester, the main suspect arrested in connection with the disappearance of Robyn, Gary Giordano is capable of harming her based on his past.

Forester said that, “I’m terrified…I’ve been hearing stories about Gary Giordano, that he’s quite tech-savvy and is able to manipulate people’s computers and track them and follow them.”

50-year-old Gary has maintained his innocence since his arrest. During his earlier appearance, the court was told that Gary has a history with domestic abuse. Frighteningly, Aruba is where American student Natalee Holloway disappeared in 2005.

Gary’s account to the police is that he went on snorkeling with Robyn and returned to shore only to realize that she hadn’t got out of the sea. Gary said he immediately called the Aruba police and informed them. A search on the island failed to locate Robyn and she has been missing since the 2nd of August.

Forester told GMA that he doesn’t believe the account of Gary saying Robyn wouldn’t consider going snorkeling.

Robyn’s friends say she met Gary on the online dating website Match.com and they have been having a relationship ever since. They traveled to Aruba together.
