Bono feared he would never walk after back surgery
October 24th, 2010 - 11:25 pm ICT by IANSLondon, Oct 24 (IANS) U2 frontman Bono has revealed that he feared he would never walk again after undergoing emergency back surgery in Germany in May.
He faced paralysis after a disc in his spine broke into bits.
“I was in grave danger… those little bits that had broken off were starting to sever nerves in my spinal canal. I was losing the ability to walk,” mirror.co.uk quoted him as saying.
