Washington, January 13 (ANI): Singers Bono and Beyonce Knowles are set to join Bruce Springsteen on stage at US President-elect Barack Obamas inauguration balls.
The U2s lead singer and the R&B lady will share the microphone with the heartland rocker Springsteen at a free gig at Washington D.C.’’s Lincoln Memorial on January 18.
The star-studded concert, We Are One: The Obama Inaugural Celebration at the Lincoln Memorial, would also see Mary J. Blige, Garth Brooks, Usher, Shakira, and Sheryl Crow, reports Contactmusic.
Other music guests reported to perform at the 10 official Inaugural bashes, include Stevie Wonder, Barbra Streisand and Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin.
WAR, Marc Anthony, Wynton Marsalis, Josh Groban, John Legend, and John Mellencamp would also attend the celebrations to welcome US first African-American President, who will begin his term in the office from January 20. (ANI)
