Bon Jovi taking political tips from Al Gore?December 4th, 2007 - 3:44 pm ICT by admin
London, Dec 4 (ANI): Rocker Jon Bon Jovi has further fuelled speculations that he is set for a political career after having a two-hour chat with ex-US vice-president Al Gore.
The 48-year-old rocker, who is reportedly looking forward to become governor in his home state of New Jersey, met the former vice president on Nov 30.
“They both love music and were discussing Robert Plant’s new album. But they weren’t talking about music for two hours, Mirror quoted an insider, as saying.
“Politics came up, too. Maybe Jon was getting some tips,” the insider added.
Bon Jovi supported Gore during the closely fought 2000 American presidential campaign. He was one of the first to sign up to Gore’s Live Earth concerts. The two have also discussed how to make tours more eco-friendly. (ANI)
