UK based Bollywood Entertainment Limited have now set up their operations in India. They are also partners of the most popular portal of blu-rays the world over. They are now making a platform available for sale of existing and forthcoming wide range of blu-ray discs from Indian Home Entertainment companies. Through their e-commerce website bollywoodblu-ray they are pushing online sales of Blu-ray discs in India.

Company Head, Mr. Prem Jolly tells us, “We have had successful meetings with Home Entertainment biggies in India like BIG Home Entertainment, Yash Raj Films and are entering into a tie up with them for their Blu-ray titles sales through our website. We have also had meetings with Prasad Cine Labs and were mighty impressed by their set up. They have brought in here all the latest equipments and have already proved their mettle with their authoring of the blu-ray of Rajnikanth starrer Sivaji. The blu-ray of this Tamil blockbuster is now considered a bench mark in high quality Indian blu-ray discs.”

Mr. Jolly further adds, “We have tied up with five major replication houses of the world including Sony and Technicolor. On a consulting basis we are also providing technical know-how to Indian authoring houses and Home Entertainment companies.”

With the little highly priced blu-ray discs does he see the price conscious Indian customers jumping in for them so soon? “The Blu-ray discs buyer is more of a quality conscious buyer than a price conscious one, so I see no reason why he would think twice before buying one if he is getting the best in the world available in India right at his doorstep.” Mr. Jolly concludes.
