Jan 10, (THAINDIAN NEWS) On Sunday, January 9, Fox introduced yet another animated comedy television show, namely “Bob’s Burgers”. It revolves around the life of a family, headed by Bob Belcher, who owns a burger food joint, near “It’s Your Funeral Home and Crematorium”. He runs the business jointly with his with Linda, daughters Louise and Tina and son Gene. The comic show that kick started at 8:30 p.m.

The voice of BOB has been lent by H. Jon Benjamin, who apparently made the dialogues as funny as possible. Even though John Roberts is a male, he is lending his voice to the character of Linda, much to the astonishment of many people. Dan Mintz, Kristen Schaal and Eugene Mirman has dubbed for Tina, Louise and Gene respectively in. Each character in the show has their own elements of humor. Tina, the eldest daughter, suffers from crotch rash and keeps of scratching herself. She lacks enough social skills, which is a prerequisite to run a family business. Louise, is young, and hence often ends up in doing and saying certain things that lands her business in trouble. For example, she invites the suspicion of a health inspectors, when she spreads the rumor that the burgers are made of human meat. On the other hand, Gene helps the business by dressing up like a burger and grabbing the public attention.

“Bob’s Burger” is created by Loren Bouchard, with Jim Dauterive as its co-executive producer. Critics say that so far it is H. Jon Benjamin and Kristin Schaal, who are doing the best jobs. Although the pilot episode was good enough, and created a good footing for itself, viewers say the that it has a lot of scope to get better.
