Bo Griffin Greenville, SC, Feb 17 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The upstate has truly sent home a beautiful soul on Tuesday. Bo Griffin, who was 51 years old, died unexpectedly, shocking friends, family, viewers and listeners everywhere.

She was a native of the Upstate, namely Greenville South Caroline, and had achieved much in her short life. She was a radio host, television host, business owner and clothes designer. In the very beginning of her career, she was a freelance reporter for FOX Carolina News. She is remembered as being energetic, bubbly, and encouraging to everyone. She hosted the Game Show Network’s “GSN Live” and was also about to begin working on the television show “Extra.” She had just recently sold her business “Goddess Boutique” in Greenville, S.C. so that she could relocate to Los Angeles, California.

Bo Griffin was also well known from Miami’s Power 96 and HOT 105 FM radio stations. She was a fashion designer from HGTV’s “Big Reveal” and brought her “Knock Knock Make-overs” to Good Day Live. Her first line of clothing was just revealed in summer of 2008.

Bo checked herself into a hospital only last month, after a doctor visit concerning her back pain. She was then diagnosed with cancer, and only lived for three more weeks. She is survived by her father, the Rev. David L. Hellams, and her two sisters. She will be very missed. May God Bless and comfort her family and friends.
