August 2, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Blenders Pride is going to start the 6th edition of its multi-city fashion “Blenders Pride Fashion Tour’ from August 6 and hence it has launched a television campaign and is soon planning to launch its print campaign.

The TV campaign has been shot in Istanbul, Turkey. It was prepared in collaboration with Indian and international talents. Indian director Bharat Sikka directed the TVC under the production house Nomad Films India, Mumbai. Turkish line producer named Alihan Karagul of FPS production contributed from Istanbul. Creative Agency “Ogilvy India’ has been behind this TV campaign.

British David McDonald was the director of photography, who is based in Brussels, Belgium. Indian fusion group “Midival Punditz’ has given the music for the TVC. A Ukrainian model named Inga Kiseleva, who was prepared by an Indian stylist and a French make-up person, featured in the TV campaign of “Blenders Pride’.

Addressing at the launch of the TVC, VP of Marketing, Pernod Ricard India Private Limited, Bikram Basu, said, “The TV campaign has been smartly shot and cut with an upbeat edit pace. Since, it was for the Blenders Pride Fashion Tour, a fast paced and trendy music track was required for it. It was prepared by the experts keeping the brand young and contemporary”.

The “Blenders Pride Fashion Tour’ will conclude on September 26, in which 12 well-known Indian designers will take part. The designers to be part of this tour include Neeta Lulla, Raghavendra Rathore, Vikram Phadnis, Nandita Mahtani, Shantanu Nikhil, Asmita Marwah, Gavin Miguel, Surily Goel, Ashish Soni, Mandira Wirk, Rahul Gunjan, and Wendell Rodricks.

After completion of the tour, it will be aired on television.
