Billy Corgan on Jessica Simpson romance rumours
February 22nd, 2010 - 5:31 pm ICT by ANINew York, Feb 22 (ANI): Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan has refused to acknowledge his reported relationship with singer Jessica Simpson.
The rocker shied away when asked about his association with the beauty.
“The stuff that I’ve seen doesn’t have any bearing to the reality that I’m in,” the New York Daily News quoted him as telling the Chicago Tribune.
He added: “It’s like being in a cartoon. It has nothing to do with what’s really going on or how I feel.”
However, Corgan revealed that he helped Simpson with the theme song for her new VH1 show, ‘The Price of Beauty.’
He said: “She asked me to help her out on the theme song for her new TV show.
“[The show] has an interesting concept. She goes around the world to show how different people perceive beauty. In some cultures, bigger is better. In some, smaller is better. It’s interesting.” (ANI)
