Billu Barber is releasing on 13 February,2009. Directed by Priyadarshan and written by Manisha Korde, Mushtaq Sheikh and the story by Sreenivasan. Produced by Elahe Hiptoola co-producer, Gauri Khan and Shahrukh Khan. The Production House is Red Chillies Entertainment, and Distributor is Eros Entertainment. The music is by Pritam Chakraborty where Sunidhi Chauhan and Sukhwinder Singh are the playback singers and Sampooran Singh Gulzar is the lyricist.
The film is a story about friendship(that too a rare one, between a village barber and the reigning super star). Starring Irrfan Khan as Billu (Bilas Rao Pardesi), Lara Dutta as Bindiya, Shahrukh Khan as Sahir Khan,Rajpal Yadav as Jhallan Kumar, Om Puri as Damchand, Asrani as Nobat Chacha,Mitali Mayakar as Billu’s Daughter, Jason Mehta as Billu’s Son, Jagdish as Madan, Rasika Joshi as Mrs. Gahalot,
