Billie Jean Jackson re-launches bid to gain custody of Prince Michael II

Washington, Aug 11 (ANI): Billie Jean Jackson is re-launching her bid to gain custody of late King of Pop Michael Jackson’s youngest son, Prince Michael II.
Six months before his untimely death in June, Billie Jean had filed a lawsuit demanding 1 billion dollars in support payments from the singer, as well as joint legal and physical custody of the seven year old, nicknamed Blanket, who she insists is her son, reports Contactmusic.
She is now challenging Jackson matriarch Katherine’s permanent guardianship, which she was awarded earlier this month, in a second suit.
In the documents, obtained by TMZ.com, Billie Jean asks to see the youngster ever Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 2pm, and also requests a court-appointed handwriting expert to review Jackson’s will for forgery attempts.
The ‘Thriller’ hitmaker refused to identify Blanket’s mother after he was born in 2002, but has previously said the child was the result of artificial insemination from a surrogate. (ANI)
