Billboard 200 Chart: Susan Boyle Replaces Kanye West

Susan, who was earlier at No 1, has got back her No 1 slot by selling 272,000 units of her ‘The Gift’. ‘The Beginning’ by the American hip hop group ‘The Black Eyed Peas’ has sold 119,000 copies at its debut week and took the No 6 position. In the last week, Nicki Minaj’s ‘Pink Friday’ was the runner-up but this week, it had to manage at the No 8 slot by selling 103,000 copies.
With this week’s sale, Susan’s ‘The Gift’ has sold 478,000 till today and that is quite an impressive figure. She is very close to reach the 500,000 figure. Here is the list of top 10 chart of this week: The Gift, Susan Boyle (272,000), Speak Now, Taylor Swift (182,000), O Holy Night, Jackie Evancho (145,000), Glee: The Music…The Christmas Album, Various Artists (129,000), Glee: The Music…Volume 4, Various Artists (128,000), The Beginning, Black Eyed Peas (119,000), My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, Kanye West (108,000), Pink Friday, Nicki Minaj (103,000), Illuminations, Josh Groban (78,000) and Loud, Rihanna (77,000).
