Biggest Loser Meal Is Becoming Popular

Its Biggest Loser Meal Plan service is hogging the limelight these days. The company says that the contenders who took part in the show have been consuming the meals at home to lose weight and boost their chances of winning the contest. The winner of this season in The Biggest Loser Patrick House also praised the meal plan. He said “I don’t have to stare at my cabinets trying to figure out what to eat. I don’t have to weigh food or measure”. The winner used to weigh 400 pound before entering the contest. After he switched to the meal plan and followed it consistently he was able to get into 181 pounds.

As a matter of fact, eDiets has various meal plans suitable for a lot of people and the starting cost of the delivery plans is $20 a day. The meal plan for one week comes at a cost of $148 which includes delivery. It is inclusive of three meals per day and with a snack. Cathy Cox the eDiets testimonial manager said that this plan was created with noted nutritionists and diet specialists. The meal plans have been made available from September for the residents of New York.

Like other weight loss plans in vogue these days the eDiets Biggest Loser meal plans blend calorie-controlled meals and some exercise. Another contender in the show also heaped lavish praise on the meal plan. She said that the taste is great and it makes one feel that he is not dieting as such.
