New York City, Dec 2 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The Biggest Loser 2009 finale is fast approaching and we will get to know who is eventual winner in some time. The season eighth finale will air on December 8th on NBC, and will decide which of the three finalists goes home with the huge $250,000 cash prize.

Right now there are 4 contenders for the top position and the top prize. And tonight’s episode will weed out one unlucky person from the finale who will sadly go home without a shot at the $250,000 cash prize.

In tonight’s episode, all the contestants will go back to the familiar territory i.e. back to their home sweet homes and then it is going to be a big challenge for them to see if they can sustain out their healthy lifestyle that they had adopted on the show, under the wary eyes of the production house, in their homes also. It is going to be a huge challenge for them to stick to their diet and their exercise regime without any of the trainers keeping an eagle eye over them.

Then when they all come back to the show, then all the contestants will participate in a full marathon (26.2 miles) in order to showcase just how far all of these contestants have come during the season.

In other news related to Biggest Loser, the show is now going to come to Asia as well, to trim the waistlines of the heavy contestants here. The winner will also take home $100,000 and a Renault.
