Ashmit Patel seems to be riding on a lucky horse with his stint in ‘Bigg Boss 4′.

First, he got all the female attention due to his cool dude looks in the house and then he kept on getting saved by his fan following despite being nominated at least four times for eviction and now he got lucky with his sure shot good heartedness which was awarded by an astounding Rs.5 lakh by Bigg Boss.

Well, just why was Ashmit given the money by Bigg Boss? It so happened that the last four inmates had been asked by Bigg Boss to choose between them by mutual understanding one inmate that would be leaving the house before the finale on Saturday took place. With Dolly Bindra and Khali the great feeling themselves too popular with their fans, it was left on Ashmit and Shweta to decide what to do.

Even though Shweta and Khali had voted for Dolly to go, she was not named by Ashmit or even herself to be ready to leave. Thus, it was Ashmit Patel who very willingly agreed to leave the show without a hitch. He did have tears in his eyes as he said he was sorry to his fans and to his parents who had told him that he surely was capable of winning the title before he entered the house.

However when it was decided that Ashmit would be the one to leave, Bigg Boss asked him to get something from the storeroom. It was the key to the lock on the red box that was given a day earlier to the inmates. The box had a letter which read that the inmate who would agree to leave the house before the finale would get top stay back and also would get an additional rupees five lakh on the final day irrespective of the fact that he or she won the title or not!

Well, Ashmit is already a winner and this stint in ‘Bigg Boss’ is certainly quite special for him. We wish him all the luck.
