Aug 16, (THAINDIAN NEWS) With episode 16 ending on a cliffhanger, this weeks episode of the reality show was sure to be highly anticipated for the revenge drama that it promised the audience. In spite of some of the websites revealing the winner of the HoH competition right after last weeks episode, the audience were kept riveted to their seats as it was made evident that Brendon was fighting it out for Rachel. Being voted out in a shocking 6-0 in the last episode, the betrayal of Rachel by the other house members became the center of the drama as Brendon emerged as the HoH in episode 17 of ‘Big Brother’.

Brendon who maintained the lead from the last episode itself, emerged as the clear winner in the HoH. He then chose Ragan, Britney and Matt as the Have-Nots for the week. With his intentions made obvious, Brendon took every step to ensure that the house members suffer for the betrayal that saw his loved one being evicted in the last week. Another interesting development was seen in the house with Enzo and Hayden discussing how Brendon is more trust worthy than Matt who seemed to be under Brendon’s watch. Brendon was also due to chose the nominations at the end of the episode and there was ample drama on that as well.

The saboteur was given the task of spreading another lie in the house and Ragan did not disappoint the audience with his cunning ways. Britney was seen crying throughout the episode and complaining about becoming Brendon’s target. Her efforts to gain sympathy turned out to be successful as Brendon chose Lane and Ragan in the Nomination Ceremony.
