Big Brother 11: Second Episode Entertains

bigbrotherReality shows are reigning the small screen these days and among them one that is getting the majority of attention all over is the new season of Big Brother or Big Brother 11 that premiered on July 9 in CBS television network. The latest news is regarding the second episode which came along with a lot of excitement and surprises as well. A new competition called the “Have and Have Not” was introduced in place of the food competition as the viewers had seen it in the earlier season. In the “Have and Have Not” competition participants have to connect pipes through which neon goo is transferred to a wheel. But one of the interesting aspects of the Big Brother is the nomination ceremony which was conducted in this second episode and Lydia and Chima were sent for eviction by the host Jessie.

As per the rule of the show, the house guests were already divided into four cliques namely Athletes, Populars, Brains and Off-Beats. Each clique comprises of three house guests. In the second episode it was declared that in the “Have and Have Not” competition losers have to go under the worst living conditions in the history of big brother for the coming week.

The competition ended with the Off- Beats clique coming out as the winner and the the Brains clique loosing who have to endure a week of low living conditions namely cold showers, eating “slop” and have to sleep in stainless steel beds with mattresses that are thin like a paper.

There was also a bikini competition conducted and in the end it is the Athletes who became the safe clique for the next week.
