Betty White Finds Solace In Lost Valentine

the-lost-valentine-3Dec 10, (THAINDIAN NEWS) More than a month is still left to go, and Betty White’s upcoming CBS movie “The Lost Valentine” is already stirring intense interest amongst the netizens. The movie starring Jennifer Love Hewitt along with Betty White, would be premiered on Sunday January 30, 9:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT.

The story revolves around the life of Caroline, played by Betty White, who lost her husband during the Second World War, who served the navy was declared MIA 65 years ago. Since then, she was never remarried or could never fall for anyone else, to lead her life like a widow and a loyal lover to her lost husband. The story begins, when 65 years later, a television journalist, Susan, played by Jennifer Love Hewitt was assigned to make a story on a woman whose love for her husband remains as strong as it was the last time she saw him. Susan decides to portray the history of Caroline, who according to her was the epitome of loyalty and dedication. After some initial hesitation Caroline decides to help her out with the story. Slowly, Susan also starts feeling sympathetic towards Caroline and helps her in finding out what happened to her husband several years ago, before he went missing. Eventually, Caroline’s protective grandson, Lucas, played by Sean Faris, starts falling in love with Susan. Yet, on the other hand, Susan started feeling apprehensive about getting married to her long time boyfriend, as she gets more attracted towards Lucas these days.

The movie portrays how the love life of Susan is inspired and shaped by the story of Caroline, which is different from the ideas of modern relationships. This is the 241st HallMark Hall of Fame presentation, that compares the differences in the perspective of looking at relationship by the new generation and the older ones.
