Washington, Dec 15 (ANI): Late Betty Page had once branded actress Dita Von Teese poor mimic for imitating her beauty.

The Burlesque star recalled her encounter with Page, who, recently died after suffering a heart attack.

“She looked me up and down and said, ”You”re an attractive girl, but a poor Bettie Page mimic,” Contactmusic quoted Von Teese as saying.

“I said, ”I know” and she laughed,” she added.

Meanwhile, the 36-year-old star has been ignoring Comedian Russell Brands phone calls, ruling out any chance of romance with him.

Recent media reports suggested that Dita had given Brand her number following a meeting in L.A., and soon after began getting his calls.

Dita, however, said that giving her number to Brand did not mean she would date him. (ANI)
