Bethenny Bakes To Keep You Naturally Thin

About 2 months ago, a new interview with Bethenny Franknel, cast member from The Real Housewives of New York City was aired on Reality Check Radio. On the interview she discussed her time on the show, other cast members and and gave a sneak preview into the next season which had premiered on Tuesday, February 17th on Bravo.

The Real Housewives of New York City is not Bethenny’s only claim to fame. She became famous as one of the 16 contestants on The Apprentice: Martha Stewart, where she went to the finale. She is a natural foods chef and has her own line of baked foods called Bethenny Bakes. Her new book Naturally Thin had hit the stores on March 10th and was aimed to free her readers from the fetters of dieting.

Bethenny is a natural foods chef to a number of celebrities. Bethenny Bakes is fast becoming popular because of the vegan and gluten-free food it offers. Bethenny primarily aims to make good health a right for everyone, not just those in the Hollywood mansions. Her book Naturally Thin became a bestseller after it was released. In it she prepares her readers for health through four simple rules:

* When I’m really hungry, I look for high-volume, fiber-rich foods
* I can have any food I want
* I love the taste of real food

Bethenny has released videos on the internet with recipes for vegetarian lunches. The recipes are very easy, very healthy and very delicious.
