Lindsay Lohan Sep 21 (THAINDIAN NEWS) A Bench warrant has been issued for actress Lindsay Lohan.

On Monday, a judge issued a bench warrant against the former child star Lindsay Lohan. The judge issued a warrant for her arrest, when it was found that Lindsay had tested positive twice for drug usage, even though she was on probation.

The precise dates when the tests were conducted are not known at all but according to reports, it was found that Lindsay tested positive once for cocaine and once for amphetamine use. Whereas the star has submitted a prescription for Adderall, which is said to be an amphetamine but use of cocaine is a clear violation of the conditions of her probation.

According to TMZ reports, the warrant was issued on Monday itself, but it will be held until 8:30 AM Friday, when Lindsay is expected to appear in the court.

The reports suggest that the revocation came when Judge Elden Fox read about the reports that the actress had failed two drug tests on a website. If it’s proved that the reports were positive and Lindsay failed in the drug test then she will be arrested and detained for 30 days in jail. Earlier Lohan was sentenced for 90 days, where she served only 13 days before leaving for a rehab stint.
