London, Jun 30 (THAINDIAN NEWS) A beauty queen who lied about her age on the beauty contest application form has been stripped off her title, after the discovery.

The rules of the contest specify that the beauty contestants who apply must be within the ages of 15 years and 24 years, but Laura Anness wanted to participate and win the contest so badly, that she filled her age as 22 years in all the entry forms in the years 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and even 2010.

Even though Laura is 27 years now, yet she lied about her age and specified it as just 22 years in the form. However the mistruth was discovered when the organizer of the competition – Becky Chapman discovered the forms of the earlier years. She was shocked to see that Laura hadn’t aged in the application form at all in the last 5 years.

According to Mail, Becky Chapman said that, “I feel sorry for her, she’d been entering these contests for years and never won, and now she has finally won she gets her title taken from her.”

Laura had won the beauty title and $3013 worth of prizes and a 1-year modeling contract as well.
