Los Angeles, May 24, (THAINDIAN NEWS) According to the latest reports, the “Basketball Wives” star Evelyn Lozada has filed a lawsuit against Vanessa Davis, the former wife of basketball player Ricky Davis for tarnishing her reputation by publishing the nude photographs of her that were allegedly stolen by Vanessa Davis. Evelyn Lozada has maintained that she is a victim of a “nude-photo-stealing revenge plot” carried out by Vanessa Davis and sought $15,000 as damage compensation. On the part of Vanessa Davis, she has discarded all the charges that have been brought against her by Evelyn Lozada as having no merit. She reportedly told to media sources that she would counter-sue Evelyn Lozada for defamation as she is confident about the fact that the latter has no evidence to prove her claim.

However, some media reports suggest that Vanessa Davis went on with her plan to defame Evelyn Lozada the former fiance of Antoine Walker after she was not selected to appear on VH1’s “Basketball Wives”. Apparently, publishing topless photographs of Evelyn Lozada is not the only thing that Vanessa Davis has carried out against Evelyn Lozada. The former has reportedly gone on to talk nasty about the “Basketball Wives” star on a public gossip blog. Vanessa Davis has allegedly called Evelyn Lozada a “drunkard”, and a “high end prostitute”. She also added that the star neglects her duties towards her daughter.

Although Vanessa Davis has gone on to discard all the claims and mentioned of counter suing Evelyn Lozada, it is still not known whether she has moved on with a counter lawsuit. However, at present both Vanessa Davis and Evelyn Lozada are at the center of media limelight.
