Barbi Twins And Their Love For Animals

Oct 24, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Shane and Sia Barbi, who are popularly known as the Barbi Twins, have displayed an absolutely new side to the world by taking a plunge to save animals in distress.The former ‘Playboy’ pin up girls who are known for their sexy image and outspoken nature, have created quite a buzz by acting as animal activists doing their best to save animals injured by the California fires.
The identical twins have also added a new feather to their cap by establishing an animal rights foundation known as ‘Kitty Liberation Front”. They are also famous for being associated with an animal rights based documentary that is titled “Your Mommy Kills Animals,” that had released in 2007. The movie has been considered to be quite controversial in nature. The twins somehow always manages to spark controversy and recently got featured in an animated feature, to extend support to the animal rights cause. It was however reported to be banned as it was considered to be too sleazy in content.
Moreover, around the later part of this year, the Barbi Twins along with a host of other celebrities such as Bo Derek, Willie Nelson family would voice their opinions for the federal bill to take initiatives to stop horse slaughter and in the process save the few number of wild horses remaining in America. The twins were also creating headlines around September this year, when they expressed their criticism about some politicians including Republican leader Doc Hastings for lacking support for “Restore Our American Mustangs Act”, which is designed to protect the horses in US and prohibits their slaughtering.
