Dec 10, (THAINDIAN NEWS) After a heart to heart interview with media mogul Oprah Winfrey, Barbara Walters had another surprise in store for the fans as she unveiled the list of the ‘10 Most Fascinating People of 2010′. While some are real surprises, some of the people on the list were expected as well. Sarah Palin who made the list three years in a row this year earned the #2 spot behind the commander of the US Forces in Afghanistan, General David Petraeus.
Among some of the surprises on the list was the cast of ‘Jersey Shore.’ Considering that the reality show and its-stars have been one of the most controversial and talked about figures in American entertainment industry, Barbara Walters was witty enough to say that meeting them made up for the fact that she could not meet Jacqueline Kennedy. Sandra Bullock who was also in the list of the most fascinating people of 2010 was shown through her ups and downs in the year in a montage of clips. Kate Middleton also seems to have fascinated Barbara Walters after the news of the upcoming royal wedding.
Among some of the names that were quite expected on the list of ‘10 Most Fascinating People of 2010′, there was LeBron James. After being one of the most controversial basketball transfers in recent history, LeBron James continues to be a star performer for Miami Heat in spite of the heavy criticism from the Cleveland Cavaliers camp. TV veteran Betty White also made it to the list and the 88 year-old comedian’s interview was a sheer delight for the fans. Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and Jennifer Lopez were also on the list for the news they made in 2010.
