We are talking about Ulka and Gagan Gupta. Ulka will be seen as Jhansi Ki Rani in Zee; while her father Gagan Gupta is doing Balika Vadhu. Is it like a competition between the father and daughter in the race for the TRP’s?
“Not at all, as I know Balika Vadhu has its own sets of viewers while Jhansi Ki Rani will have its own. I am proud of my daughter that she is essaying such a great role on TV,” states Gagan Gupta.
When we asked Ulka about the competition she utters, “I don’t know anything about this. I just know that my show will do well. Though Balika Vadhu is also good, I use to watch that too.”
Balika Vadhu has been the number one show, where as Jhansi Ki Rani is just about to start after many problems. The storyline of the two shows are totally different; expect the timings, which is 8:00 pm on Colors and Zee respectively. Will the viewers shift their loyalty? It is something to be watched.
Though there seems to be no competition for the two (Ulka and Ganag) but the fight to win the TRP’s will always be there between the producers and the channels. Let’s see who wins the race this time…
