London, July 18 (IANS) British musician Faris Badwan likes people to “make their own insights” into his lyrics, rather than writing “pretentious” words.

Badwan is the lead vocalist for the English Rock band “The Horrors”, which consist of four other members Joshua Hayward, Tom Cowan, Rhys Webb and Joseph Spurgeon.

“I know everyone succumbs to the odd cliche and everyone writes a rotten lyric, but I never like them to seem too planned out or pretentious. I like it when people make their own insights,” quoted the 24-year-old as saying.
