Los Angeles, Nov 8 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The Backstreet Boys planned tour was first announced by Ryan Seacrest on his radio show “On Air With Ryan Seacrest”. Well Seacrest has followed the announcement up with an interview of the group and NKOTB.

The New Kids on the Block and Backstreet Boys are billed to perform at the American Music Awards which will take place on Nov. 21 this year. The tour has been rumored for several months now after the NKOTB played a surprise set Radio City Music Hall in New York in June.

The Backstreet Boys is regarded as one of the best male bands in the history of the United States. The group which was formed in 1993 in Orlando has managed to sell more than 130 million records throughout the world since then.

The New Kid on the Block however was formed in the early part of the 80s but the band disbanded after that in 1994. The band is famous for their works “Hangin’ Tough’” and “You Got It: The Right Stuff”. The group members recently surprised many by coming together and performing at the Radio City Music Hall. Hope the reunion lasts long enough.
