Average person looks like ‘Steven Gerrard or Lorraine Kelly’
January 27th, 2012 - 8:34 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattLondon, Jan 27 (THAINDIAN NEWS) A new iPhone app called Celebalike has come up with a way to tell which celebrity has the average look. That sense means a celebrity who looks like the average person.
The new app from the firm Ventutec Limited claims that Liverpool captain Steven Gerard has the look of the average male British. Actor James Corden came second on the list with the app claiming that his look is the second for the average person.
The app also came up with the looks of women. TV star Lorraine Kelly has the average look of average British women. Another TV star Kelly Brook is second in that regard.
A spokesperson of Ventutec told reporters that, “Many people get told they resemble someone famous, and this is a fun way to find out for sure. Of course, we all have celebrities we wish we looked like and perhaps those we’d rather not be matched with - the results are always interesting.”
He said the company has thus far matched the looks of about five million people including those of celebrities. They have ranked the list which also includes British Prime Minister David Cameron and former PM Gordon Brown. The pair occupies the third and fourth places respectively.
