It was followed by the deaths of stalwarts like Patrick Swayze and Brittany Murphy. The latest celebrity to bid goodbye to the world this year is James Owen Sullivan, a drummer involved with Avenged Sevenfold. He was just 28 year old. At the time of his death, the young drummer was in his residence. According to the initial reports, his death has been attributed to natural causes. It is an unexpected shock to the group.

He used to work as the drummer as well as backup vocalist for the popular band of a south Californian origin. His stage name was Rev. The Huntington Beach police spokespersons confirmed the news of his demise. The cops got to know about his death when the drummer’s family members reportedly called in the firefighters. The death of the drummer is being investigated by the office of the Orange County Coroner.

The band ‘Avenged Sevenfold’ was formed 10 years back. James Owen Sullivan was involved with it since its inception. They gradually went from strength to strength over the years. They also won a number of awards in the last few years. The news of his death spread fast in the web as well and soon the fan sites of the group got filled with condolence messages.
