- Washington, Jan 6 (ANI): The autopsy for American actor John Travoltas son Jett, completed in the Bahamas on January 5, has shown that the 16-year-olds death was due to a seizure.
A funeral home official revealed that Jett Travolta’’s death certificate listed the cause of death as seizure.
Pathologist Dr. Cyril Wecht said that the official autopsy report might take weeks to be released.
If there is no evidence of criminality, and if police have no questions or suspicions, and there are no drugs are involved, the family has the right to keep the autopsy private, Fox News quoted Wecht as saying.
Though Wecht was not involved in the Travolta autopsy, he expected the pathologists performing the autopsy to come up with one of three findings.
If its a traumatic death of a definitive nature, they will know that today, he said, referring to reports that Jett Travolta had hit his head in a fall. (ANI)
