Assault charges levied on Amy Winehouse

London, Dec 24 (ANI): Police have levied assault charges on Amy Winehouse for creating ruckus at the Milton Keynes Theatre.
The 26-year-old singer was charged with a public order offence and common assault over an incident in the theatre last weekend, reports the BBC.
According to the police, Winehouse came to the Milton Keynes police station on her own with her legal adviser in the afternoon.
She slated to appear before the Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court on January 20, 2010. (ANI)
