The grand finale of ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Mega Challenge 2009′ saw Maharashtra emerge as the winner. The celebration of the singing reality show which had started with several Indian states participating is now finally at rest.

In a casual chit-chat Vaishali Made (contestant of the winning state) informs us, “We were not at all tensed during our performances in the finale. Everything went smoothly with out any grudges. Till the last moment we were anxious to know who will be the winner but finally Bengal lost by one point and Maharashtra was declared as the winner.”

If not Bengal then which state according to her would have given a cut throat competition to Maharashtra?, ” Well, truly speaking Assam was the only state which would have given a tough fight to Maharashtra but unfortunately it lost the battle in the previous episodes. We would have enjoyed competing with Assam,” the singer adds.

Whatever may be the issues, Maharashtra had proved itself to be the winner, what say?
