Dec 4, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Demi Moore’s husband actor Ashton Kutcher has threatened to take legal actions against an adult film company that it is using his name to promote a sex tape. Ashton Kutcher’s attorney said that the company is trading the actor’s name for publicity and commercial purpose. The sex-tape has become a rage on web even before its release as it reportedly features “Just Married” actor’s rumored flame Brittney Jones.

Sources confirm that Vivid Entertainment, the adult film mogul has announced that it would release the sex-tape featuring Brittney Jones and her uninhibited and explicit sex with her ex-boyfriend. The statement also read that Ashton Kutcher will also enjoy the tape as the actor might have experienced what the “exclusive” video shows. Last September, a reputed gossip site claimed that Brittney Jones and Ashton Kutcher were intimate and they were involved in a sexual relationship in Demi Moore’s absence. However, the Hollywood actress denied all such rumors.

On the other hand, in reply to Ashton Kutcher’s attorney’s claim, Vivid Entertainment founder Steven Hirsch told a reputed media source that he has received the letter and forwarded it to his attorney. Steven Hirsch said that his attorney would reply on behalf of him and his company. Ashton Kutcher has, reportedly, claimed that Brittney Jones is using his name to get all the publicity and in the process tarnishing his reputation and his personal life. Even his attorney said that Brittney Jones is attempting to convert and misappropriate his client’s name for her own advantage. Brittney Jones was unavailable for any comments. “The Butterfly Effect” actor’s attorney said that the matter can be solved if the adult film company stops using his client’s name.
