Jan 3, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Apparently, Tiger Woods is not the only one repenting the outage of the news of his scandalous love affairs. As per the reports, the lady behind all this is also quite remorseful. She is not one of the ladies who had come up claiming that she had dated Tiger Woods in the past. Yet, she is intricately linked to the life of the golfer. Her name is Ashley Samson, and she is the one who had given the press that first inkling of the scandals that the golfer was cooking up in his personal life.

Ashley Samson is a friend of Rachel Uchitel, the former Playboy model and current VIP executive, and the one who led the list of Tiger Woods’ paramours, in chronological order. Her relationship with the golfer, which she had initially denied, had been given out by Ashley Samson herself, who allegedly had been offered the huge amount of $25,000 by a reputed magazine to give out the story of the affair of Tiger Woods and Rachel Uchitel.

Ashley Samson has commented that after giving out the story, she had suffered from terrible guilt and considerable remorse. In fact, she confessed that she had been offered $20,000 by the representatives of Tiger Woods to not give out the story. At this point, she admits feeling that it would have been better to accept that amount instead of doing the other and ruining her reputation. She has even admitted contemplating suing Rachel Uchitel for lying about her relationship with Tiger Woods earlier to the press, something that led to a further besmirching of her reputation.
