Artist Jeanne-Claude dies at 74

Jeanne-Claude and artist husband Christo are famous for wrapping several monuments around the world, including the Reichstag in Berlin, the Pont Neuf in Paris, the islands off the Florida coasts and the hills in California, and New York City’s Central Park.
The news of her death was confirmed Thursday by Wolfgang Volz, who has photographed the couple’s work.
She died Wednesday night following complications arising from a brain aneurysm, according to US broadcaster CBS.
