November 7, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): Who would have known that right after Lindsay Lohan spent her time in jail her father Michael will follow in her footsteps? It seems that Michael Lohan is a wanted man after a judge in Suffolk County, NY issued a warrant on his name on Thursday. Now you might be wondering about the charge that has been levied against Michael Lohan. It turns out that a woman had previously sued Michael claiming that he was the father of her child. Although it might sound unbelievable, Michael Lohan simply did not choose to challenge the dubious claim. Therefore, the woman won an uncontested claim and now Michael is a hunted man for dodging child support payments.

The child support case has been awarded in the favor of the unknown woman and now Michael Lohan is out on the streets being chased by cops. When the reporters asked Michael Lohan about the arrest warrant he said that he was a day late on the second Child support payment. Apparently Michael did not think that being a day behind on the child support payment will raise such a ruckus.

Although all the parties involved in the incident are eerily quiet about the entire situation, which clearly shows that there is more to the story than what meets the eye. Michael Lohan still chose to maintain that he is unaware of the arrest warrant altogether but it seems that the entire episode will become clearer within a few days. Until then Michael Lohan will have to dodge the police as his lawyers try to sort this matter out.
