scram Paris, May 21 (THAINDIAN NEWS) An US judge recalled an arrest warrant against Lindsay Lohan. The Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel had issued the warrant when Lohan had failed to appear for a compulsory court hearing. So the judge issued the warrant in order to make sure that Lohan doesn’t take the court hearing lightly and turns up on time for the next one. However someone posted the bond, which was to the tune of $100,000 and got the arrest warrant revoked. The Los Angeles Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini confirmed this.

Apparently the actress failed to come onto the court hearing, because she was in Cannes and there her passport was stolen. So she was unable to make it for the court hearing, according to her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley. Lohan’s lawyer also said that very soon she would be back on the soil of United States. However the judge Marsha wasn’t very convinced by the argument and said that, “If she wanted to be here, it looks to the court that she could have been here.” Marsha also said that Lohan was making a habit of missing her court appearances.

The warrant was issued in connection with a 3 years old case, in which she is on probation because of being twice arrested in 2007.
