Los Angeles, Oct 18 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The latest celebrity dating gossip is that football rookie Cam Newton and Ciara are dating. Several media outlets claim that the two are going on a date. The report is the latest regarding the singer’s romantic life.

Recently, she was linked with rapper 50 Cent and again with Chris Brown. That particular report involving Chris Brown followed a feud between Ciara and Rihanna. Last February, Ciara shot at Rihanna with the words, “Trust me Rihanna you don’t want to see me on or off stage.”

Rihanna replied the threat when she also said that, “U gangsta huh? Haaa…Good luck with bookin that stage u speak of.” The two later announced that they have resolved whatever differences that existed between them.

Newton recently signed a deal with the Carolina Panthers which is worth $23 million.

He was forced in the summer to explained some comments that he made during an interview with Sports Illustrated. After making some controversial comments regarding entertainment and being an icon, Newton later clarified himself when he said that, “First and foremost, I understand that my obligation is to be the best possible football player I can be. I know and believe that.” He added “The recent comments that were made during the announcement of my recent endorsement partnership.”
