London, October 22 (ANI): Comedy duo Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, a.k.a Ant and Dec, have landed a new 10-million pound each two year deal with ITV.

They will now make at least four shows next year - Britain’s Got Talent, Saturday Night Takeaway, I’m A Celebrity and a major Saturday night family challenge, currently called Push The Button.

Ant and Dec’s current contracts worth around 17 million pounds over three years will expire this year, reports the Sun.

The deal also means that the funny men will be with the channel exclusively until the end of 2011 even though they have accepted a 10 per cent pay cut.

However, they were earlier of the opinion that they would face a loss of 25 per cent as ITV’s ad income has been badly hit by the recession.

Ant had said earlier this year: “If we’re offered less, so be it. I want to make great shows and money comes after that.”. (ANI)
