London, January 8 (ANI): Anne Hathaway, who parted ways with former fiance Raffaello Follieri in June last year, has revealed that she likes to joke about her ruined relationship to hide the pain.

The Devil Wears Prada actress, who split with the Italian entrepreneur just weeks before he was arrested for fraud and money laundering, said that she was learning to cope up with the soreness in a lighter way.

“I started making fun of it around my friends and family and also to let everyone know it was okay to be struggling with it, as well, the Daily Express quoted her as telling USA Today newspaper.

If I can find humour in it, that means I”m going to be okay. If something happens to me that I can”t laugh about, look out, there goes my soul.

“As horrible as what I went through was, it’’s not the worst thing that could happen to a person. In the history of humanity, it doesn”t even come close.

“But I was talking to someone the other day and said, ”There”ve been a lot of lessons, maybe not quite enough life”, she added. (ANI)
