AnnaLynne McCord wants off 90210
May 18th, 2011 - 11:54 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattLos Angeles, May 18 (THAINDIAN NEWS) AnnaLynne McCord has revealed that she wants to leave 90210. She has been on the show for three years and she told Entertainment Weekly that she wants to move on to new ambitions.
She told the magazine that though the assurance with stable work is guaranteed when you are part of a series, she believes that commitment to the show also deprives her of other movie opportunities. McCord said she has already missed some movie projects because of her commitments. She wants all that to change in the coming years because she loves some of the roles that come her way.
In the interview, McCord told the magazine that, “Being on a show is awesome. You have guaranteed work, it’s wonderful and the money is great, but at the same time you miss out on projects. There have been several movies I couldn’t do, and I really loved the script and wanted to be a part of them, and it just didn’t happen because I was working on the show.”
The show is currently in the third season and the season finale is coming up. McCord plays the role of Naomi in the movie and her character is very influential in the series.
