Aug 23, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer of “True Blood” fame tied the knot in an intimate ceremony last Saturday at a private residence in Malibu. The couple began dating few months after shooting “True Blood” which premiered on HBO on 2008 and got engaged in August 2009.

The representatives of the couple announced the news to the media saying that the love-birds of “True Blood” exchanged vows in front of their “family and friends”. The auspicious occasion was graced by the close friends and family members of the couple who showered their blessing on the newly weds for their peaceful conjugal life. “True Blood” co-star Carrie Preston along with her husband was present there to witness the ceremony.

A source close to the couple said that Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer seemed excited to celebrate their marriage. The media managed to get a sneak peek of the marriage and the wedding pictures released online show the bride looking beautiful in her halter neck three quarter dress and dazzling jewelery, with her hair in an up-do. Stephen Moyer looked comfortable in his dark suit.

Media reports suggest that after the marriage the couple and the guests returned to a nearby property for the reception. The groom in one of his previous interviews said that the couple fell in love “on camera” and that’s how their relationship started. Stephen Moyer also emphasized the fact that “trust” is the basis of their relationship. The couple recently captured limelight after they appeared on the cover of “Rolling Stone” magazine.
