In a classic reel-life giving in to real-life scenario, HBO’s ‘True Blood’ co-stars Anna Paquin who plays Sookie Stackhouse and Stephen Moyer who plays her onscreen biting boyfriend Bill Crompton, have gotten engaged and are to become real life man and wife.

The announcement that has been confirmed by representatives of both the stars, marks the culmination of an almost six month-long dating period, which began on Feb 24th earlier this year. The much in love couple, whose sizzling onscreen chemistry especially during the frequent, steamy love-making scenes, was by Anna’s own admission, made a lot more comfortable by their ongoing romance off-screen, don’t seem to have specified a date for the big day.

The marriage between 27 year-old Golden Globe and Academy Award- winner Paquin to 39 year-old father of two, Moyer, will have Anna playing step-mom to his two kids, nine year-old son Billy, and seven year-old daughter Lilac, from Moyer’s earlier marriage.

The incredibly talented actress from New Zealand, who also happens to be the second youngest actor to have won an Oscar at the age of eleven in 1994 for her supporting role in ‘The Piano’, had earlier mentioned how their relationship had significantly hiked the comfort quotient in the filming of the immensely popular vampire show and it’s frequent scenes involving nudity.

While not expecting any of their onscreen bloodsucking or hard-biting vampire-like conduct to figure in the much-in-love real life, the fans of the show can definitely expect to find their real life sparks to ignite their onscreen fireworks.
