Anna Nicole Smith thought pregnancy was just ‘bad wind’

November 2nd, 2009 - 3:31 pm ICT by ANI Tell a Friend -

Washington, November 2 (ANI): Former Playboy Playmate Anna Nicole Smith’s alleged drug habit led her to believe her pregnancy was a case of bad wind, it has emerged.

Smith was found unconscious in her room at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino near Hollywood, Florida, in February 2007.

A post-mortem report said she died of an accidental overdose of prescription drugs including anti-depressants.

The American model denied expecting a baby to lawyer and former lover Howard K. Stern in a tape despite showing a prominent bump, reports Contactmusic.

She delivered daughter Dannielynn in September, 2006.

The footage, shot in 2006, was recently handed over to Los Angeles Superior Court and shown as evidence against Stern and medics Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, all accused of feeding the star’s drug addiction.

All the three defendants have pleaded not guilty and are due to return to court on December 11. (ANI)
