Anna Faris ties nuptial knot
August 13th, 2009 - 6:36 pm ICT by IBNSAug 13 (IBNS) Anna Faris and her actor beau Chris Pratt have entered into a lifelong partnership as wife and husband, it was discovered.
They wed in a small ceremony in Bali on July 9, her rep has confirmed.
Faris, 32, and Pratt, 30, announced their engagement last year.
She also voiced her plan to elope.
Faris said: We aren’t going to involve the family at all,” she said. “Then we will go on a honeymoon. I feel so lucky that the person I want to be around most, I get to be around most.
Are kids in the offing? “Maybe, but not soon. We have a dog [a pug named Bonzo]. I hope it’s in the future,” she said.
Anna Kay Faris (born on November 29, 1976) is an American actress and singer known for her broadly comic roles.
Faris was born in Baltimore, Maryland, the daughter of Karen, an elementary school teacher, and Jack Faris, a sociologist. She has a brother, Robert, and grew up in Edmonds, Washington.
Her parents encouraged her to pursue acting when she was young, and she gave her first professional acting performance at age 9, at the Seattle Repertory Theater. After attending Edmonds Woodway High School, she studied English literature at the University of Washington.
