Anil Kapoor Turns Villain, Goes Bald For ‘Power’
November 25th, 2010 - 1:11 pm ICT by Sampurn Wire
The 50-year-old actor played the role of a ‘tapori’ in Tezaab and his character in Taal had a negative shade, but in Power we will see him turning into a complete villain. Anil, who has earlier worked with big on screen villains like Amrish Puri in Mr India, wanted to give his best shot to portray the character similar to Mogambo. However, he did not like the idea of wearing a wig for his role so finally he decided to go bald. Even at this age, Anil has the capability to give the young actors a run for their money so this decision from him has definitely some brilliant thought behind. His character in the film is very edgy and stylized.
Firoz Nadiadwala is producing the movie, which will also have mega star Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgn and Amisha Patel in the lead roles.
The official spokesperson of the veteran star has confirmed the news saying that Anil will go bald after returning from the shooting of his big Hollywood project ‘Mission impossible 4′. He will return to India during Christmas so we can expect to see a new Anil Kapoor in the New Year!
